Job Description

Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for facade glass and aluminum systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into technical drawings that reflect structural integrity and aesthetic requirements.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions, providing accurate data for design improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, installation guidelines, and material schedules to support project execution.
Review and analyze shop drawings, providing constructive feedback to ensure all elements align with project objectives and quality standards.
Assist in the selection of appropriate materials based on performance criteria, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress, address concerns, and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Ensure that all drawings are updated in accordance with revisions and that changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, maintaining a proactive approach to meet deadlines and support project management efforts.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade design and aluminum systems to continuously enhance design capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field to equip candidates with foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facade design and detailing using AutoCAD, showcasing a solid portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in the latest AutoCAD software, with the ability to create complex 3D models and renderings for better visualization.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations, ensuring all designs meet legal and safety requirements without compromise.
Strong understanding of materials used in facade construction, particularly glass and aluminum, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methods in facade design and drafting.
