Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our visual communications to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of platforms including digital, print, social media, marketing campaigns, and events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and brand messaging, while maintaining a strong visual identity across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, packaging, and internal communications.

• Develop designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in color, typography, and imagery across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely creative solutions.

• Produce and adapt assets for web, mobile, print, and multimedia campaigns.

• Prepare final artwork for production across print and digital platforms.

• Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas and new design approaches.

• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion design tools is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

• Basic understanding of print production and prepress processes.

• Familiarity with brand storytelling and campaign development.
