. Meal Planning and Preparation
Plan nutritious and balanced meals suitable for long work hours and physical activity.
Prepare three main meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner), often for large groups.
Adapt recipes based on limited ingredient availability.
2. Hygiene and Food Safety
Maintain high hygiene standards even with limited water or cleaning supplies.
Ensure safe food storage and handling in challenging conditions.
Prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
3. Reporting and Communication
Keep records of food usage, stock levels, and meal schedules.
Communicate regularly with supervisors or logistics coordinators for resupply.
