QM & HSE Lead

Job Description

We’re hiring a QM & HSE Lead to oversee quality, health, safety, environment, and energy (HSEQ) performance across projects. This role ensures compliance with international standards, promotes a safety-first culture, and drives continuous improvement in line with ISO and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver training and promote HSE awareness
Ensure compliance with local laws and client standards
Coordinate with stakeholders to drive safety culture and performance

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Science
4–6 years of experience in HSE (Construction/Fit-Out preferred)
NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification (Level 6 preferred)
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
