Job Description

Collaborate with the Workshop GM and second-line team on quarterly insights and strategic analysis.
Cascade tactical objectives within their function.
Provide customer interaction data to the Business Development Specialist for metrics analysis.
Coordinate with Business Development for planning job orders secured from leads.
Handle all walk-ins and externally inspect vehicles.
Create manual job cards for received vehicles.
Initiate job orders through the job card process.
Participate in vehicle planning alongside floor supervisors and other stakeholders.
Ensure client/principal confirmation before commencing operations.
Follow up with operations and customers, gather feedback, and escalate issues to the Workshop GM.
Take part in the vehicle conclusion process.
Maintain cleanliness in the customer waiting area.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

Advanced understanding of the key market players (insurance companies, corporate clients, B2C segments).
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends at national and international levels.
Strong grasp of Fixera processes, with the ability to redesign and improve workflows.
