About Us:
We are a growing food distribution company in Dubai, catering to both Modern Trade and General Trade channels across the UAE. We take pride in delivering premium products and excellent service to our retail partners.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Merchandiser with a strong background in the UAE FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a clear understanding of retail merchandising, especially in Modern Trade environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all products are properly displayed and shelves are well-stocked in assigned stores.
• Maintain planograms and implement promotional displays as directed by the sales team.
• Monitor stock levels, report slow-moving or out-of-stock items, and coordinate with the sales team for replenishments.
• Build strong working relationships with store staff and managers.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility and placement.
• Collect and report data on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience in the UAE, preferably within the food/FMCG industry.
• Experience working with major supermarkets and hypermarkets (Modern Trade).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel between locations, and manage time effectively.
• Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or South Asian languages is an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
