Job Description

Contracts Engineering Services -1 no – Muscat, Oman

+10 years in Oil and Gas, EPC (incl. experience in Middle East as a preference)

Good knowledge in EPC and Opérations & maintenance

Experience in similar position (years): +10 (or in management major international construction contracts)

Education Level: Engineer

Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects relevant to the prequalification, preparation, issue, receipt, opening and assessment of tenders and award of contracts.

Provide Contracts and Procurement advice to project team.

Preparation of documents for presentation

Participate in Contract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.

Maintain time and payment schedules and milestones as per pricing mechanism and advise payment terms accordingly.

Administration of legal issues related to damages, claims, disputes, litigations.

Ensure ICV objectives are being considered and implemented in all contracting activities.

Manage and participate in the development, compilation, sourcing, pre-tenders, Invitations to Tender, tender openings, and evaluations of proposals received including all requests for qualifications for any contract.
