Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts tailored to jewellery business needs.
• Oversee inventory accounting for high-value items, ensuring precise cost tracking and valuation.
• Handle tax compliance, including sales tax and import/export duties specific to the jewellery trade.
• Analyze sales trends and profitability to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with management to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in jewellery wholesale or retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting for precious metals, gemstones, or luxury goods.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills. If Suntech software is know then better.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, such as hallmarking or international trade compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
