Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models and budgets.
• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the group’s cash flow and ensure the optimal allocation of financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Implement and monitor financial policies and controls to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or Professional certification like CFA, CPA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
