Job Description
An industrial trading company in Sharjah is looking for a sales coordinator who can assist our sales & Account team with the following tasks.
Handle walk-in customers.
Handle cash transactions with daily endorsement and reports
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Balance the cash register for transaction accuracy
Create invoices, receipts, delivery orders and other related documents
Work on ERP software to update inventory and documents
Handle sales returns, thereby resolving customer complaints
Arrange and prepare items for client delivery
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Monitor inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Collaborate with senior sales staff in meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
Any other task as advised by the management
Qualifications Needed:
Holding UAE D/L is an asset
Ready to Join immediately
1-2 years of UAE experience is a plus
Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in a related field
Decent computer knowledge
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge in ERP account software is a plus
