Job Description

Utilize advanced software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models that visualize concepts effectively.
Develop innovative architectural designs that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics, ensuring each project meets client specifications.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability, considering environmental impacts and local regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including structural engineers and contractors, to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and schedules, to guide construction processes efficiently.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and design intent while incorporating feedback for refinements.
Stay updated with emerging trends in architecture and sustainable design practices to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Engage in project management tasks, coordinating timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of architectural projects.
Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and creative problem-solving.
Participate in community outreach and public presentations, promoting the architectural vision and addressing public concerns during the design process.

– BA degree in architecture engineering:

– 2 to 5 years of experience.

– AutoCAD skills.

– Communication skills.

– Sales Skills.

– Problem solving.

– Data analysis & costing.

– Microsoft Office skills.

– Advanced level in English.
