QAQC Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a water transmission pipeline project in Jeddah and Abha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline construction projects, with prior experience on SWCC or ARAMCO standards highly desirable.

Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans (ITPs).
Supervise and lead QA/QC teams across project sites (Jeddah & Abha) to ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
Ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with applicable codes, standards, and project documentation.
Liaise with SWCC or ARAMCO quality representatives and attend inspections/audits as required.
Review and approve quality documentation including method statements, inspection reports, material submittals, welding procedures, and testing plans.
Monitor and report on non-conformances and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct quality audits and provide training to site staff on quality assurance processes.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records and compile quality reports for submission to the client.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any GCC National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Quality or related discipline).
Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in water or oil & gas pipeline projects.
Prior experience with SWCC or ARAMCO pipeline projects is strongly preferred.
Certification in ISO 9001:2015, and/or other relevant QA/QC standards.
Knowledge of international standards (ASTM, API, AWWA, ASME).
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work across multiple project sites in Jeddah and Abha.
