Project Control Manager

Job Description

Establish project control plan & Procedures for the projects.
Responsible for the preparation of baseline schedules L2, L3, L4 including the planning package.
Responsible for the approval of baseline schedule with client.
Develop project control templates required for the project monitoring & control.
Responsible for the timely submission of all reports including DPR, WPR, MPR, etc.
Closely Monitor the projects & circulate weekly dashboards to internal management.
Identify critical path/critical activities and escalate for actions.
Prepare presentations to various management meetings.
Participate in all internal/client/vendor progress meetings.
Develop risk management plan for the project and conduct risk reviews & follow-up for actions.
Prepare daily/weekly lookaheads and track to ensure the progress is on track.
Lead the project control team and provide support to the scheduler/planners to perform their tasks effectively.
Provide suggestion/support to Engineering, Procurement in developing their registers & guide them to have the proper progress updates.
Provide support to construction team in developing strategy for the execution from time to time.
Responsible for monitoring the delays, delay analysis including any recovery plan preparation, time impact analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science(Electronics, Technology)

Any

Should have working experience as lead project control for large scale projects.
Experience of working in substation/solar projects is preferred.
Should have extensive knowledge in Primavera P6.

Experience & Education

B-Tech / B.E in engineering with 11+ years of experience
Must have worked in Solar/Substation Projects.
