Lead Planning Engineer

Job Description

Minimum 12 years (Must be in Lead role) of hands-on experience in Planning and Scheduling within large-scale EPC oil & gas, Petrochemical – EPC Projects (Mandatory -Handling – Substation project)

Locally available candidates- ready to join immediately preferred from Kuwait.

Salary Range KWD 900 to 1200/-pm

Inclusive of Allowances & Accommodation

Expertise in Primavera P6, and MS Excel (Advanced)
Strong grasp of Critical Path Method (CPM), EVM (Earned Value Management), and resource optimization

Proficiency in claims support and forensic delay analysis

• Develop and manage the integrated Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

• Lead and coordinate baseline schedule preparation, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.
