Job Description

Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including thermal, fluid dynamics, and structural simulations, to validate design integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software components for holistic product development.
Prepare and review technical documentation, such as specifications, reports, and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical components, analyzing results to iterate and improve designs continuously.
Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential risks proactively.
Facilitate communication between engineering teams and external partners or suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electronics/Telecomunication, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred for advanced knowledge.
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility in mechanical design and development.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, showcasing commitment to professional and ethical standards.
Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or energy, with a strong understanding of sector-specific challenges and innovations.
Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in simulation tools like ANSYS or MATLAB for effective design validation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset for global projects.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams while maintaining a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the physical ability to engage in hands-on testing and prototyping when necessary.
