Understand technical job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and assess technical candidates effectively
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage offers
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment , with a focus on IT Field
Technical roles:
• Strong knowledge of tech positions and hiring trends
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is a plus
