Scaffolding Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and materials, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions promptly.
Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure scaffolding needs align with construction schedules and project requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to scaffolding operations, including inspection reports and safety checklists.
Lead and train scaffolding teams in safe work practices, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols.
Review and interpret scaffold design plans and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site.
Monitor the performance and productivity of scaffolding crews, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.

Any Graduation

Male

– Minimum 10 yrs experience in materials and welding engineering discipline
– Saudi Aramco certified.
– Working knowledge of scaffolding standards, safety regulations and inspection procedures
– Extensive experience in supervising erection, modification and dismantling scaffolds coordination with HSE, QC and construction teams
– Valid and verifiable scaffolding certifications (CITB, OSHA, TUV or equivalent)
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
