Job Description

Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications tailored to project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct material selection and metallurgical analysis to optimize welding processes and enhance joint integrity.
Perform in-depth inspections and evaluations of welded structures to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for welding failures, documenting findings and proposing design or process improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on welding activities, including inspections, tests, and compliance with specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Diploma(Engineering, Welding Technology), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Metallurgy)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or any engineering related field is essential.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience in welding engineering or metallurgical processes is required.
Professional certifications such as Certified Welding Engineer (CWE or similar are highly preferred.
Certified CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector/Welding and Metallurgical Engineer (CWE)
Working knowledge of basic and advanced NDE procedures
Good knowledge of welding codes and standards such as ASME VIII, IX, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8API 1104, API 577, API 582
Saudi Aramco project experience will be added advantage
