Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, linguistics, or education is essential to ensure foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Arabic, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
Native Arabic speaker or near-native proficiency, complemented by strong command of English or other languages.
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote teaching and enhanced classroom engagement.
Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies in response to student needs and feedback for continuous improvement.
Cultural competence to integrate Arab culture and traditions into the language instruction effectively.
A passion for teaching and language, combined with patience and empathy to inspire and motivate students.
