Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end workflow of shutdown work notifications and work order processes.
Ensure rigorous review and quality assurance of new maintenance notifications for data completeness, adequacy, and quality.
Classify work correctly according to established standards and procedures.
Perform job-site field checks in collaboration with maintenance supervisors to enable accurate planning of shutdown / turnaround notifications and work orders.
Develop and update job plan packages for shutdown jobs, ensuring alignment with company maintenance standards and procedures.
Prepare detailed shutdown schedules in coordination with Maintenance and Production departments.
Identify and evaluate any significant additions to the scope of work and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
Collaborate with the materials store to ensure the availability of inventory materials for shutdown jobs.
Support the contracting management process by reviewing criteria for vendor selection, participating in site and workshop visits, providing input for optimal contract scopes and contractor performance review.

Any Nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering / Electrical / Instrumentation or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of Turnaround / Shutdown experience in mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation maintenance operating at an oil & gas or petrochemical company.
Rotating and Static Equipment , Piping /Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance
Expertise in Reformer, Reactor, Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, HV/LV Motors, transformers, and instrumentation maintenance
Knowledge in maintenance of valves, strainers, steam traps, filters, etc
Knowledge in piping fabrication and installation
Shutdown/Turnaround maintenance Planning/Scheduling
Knowledge in scope preparation for maintenance contracts including shutdown/Turnaround works.
Maintenance Software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, etc.)
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
