About Us

We’re a 22-year-established wellness centre in JLT known for its homely, welcoming atmosphere. Our team works closely to ensure every client feels comfortable. We believe in creating a warm, supportive environment where both clients and staff feel valued.

Position Overview

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the main point of contact for clients. You’ll manage appointments, answer questions, listen to concerns, and ensure everyone’s visit goes smoothly. You’ll coordinate to follow up on client needs, and help maintain that friendly, family-like vibe our guests appreciate. We provide full training, so if you’re eager to learn and grow with us, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

You’re outgoing, smart, and presentable—someone who naturally lights up a room.
You’re chatty, love people (especially children!), and enjoy making everyone feel welcome.
You’re empathetic, a great listener, and can handle any query with a smile.
You’re a problem solver, not a problem teller—always ready to find solutions.
You’re sociable and thrive in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
You’re under 29 years old and have a good command of spoken English.

New to Dubai? No worries! Experience isn’t a requirement—we’ll provide all the training you need.

Visa status: You must be on a visit visa and not currently employed.
