Junior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Wad Al-Mimaryoon Contracting Est. is seeking a qualified and motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical office skills and strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems execution, especially in building projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Review and prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Prepare and review material submittals and technical documentation.
Perform quantity take-off, cost analysis, and BOQ preparations.
Ensure all works comply with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA).
Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines and subcontractors.
Prepare daily site reports and follow up with progress schedules.
Lead technical office activities related to mechanical scope.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani

Bachelor of Education(Education)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building mechanical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Familiarity with international standards: ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, SBC.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Experience working with consultants and project stakeholders.
