Senior Construction Manager – Gas Compression Station Expansion Project
CPECC an EPC company delivering a critical, complex brownfield expansion for Saudi Aramco’s Master Gas System (MGS) Phase 3, Booster Gas Compression Station. We are hiring a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our on-site execution who will be handling brownfield construction execution at the remote site on mega-projects and have a solid track record in gas plant construction execution specifically with Saudi Aramco.

to be considered for the job, you must have experience to deliver minimum of USD 500 million project.

You will be responsible to lead all site construction and execution for gas turbine compressor installation, associated piping, equipment, DCS, E&I packages, civil works, and steel structures within a live brownfield environment.
Ensure the subcontractors are fully aware of the scope, review the planning process and packages of the subcontractors to ensure readiness and monitor the daily progress.
Navigate complex interfaces with Saudi Aramco Operations, ensuring seamless coordination. You’ll be the primary point of contact for ARAMCO PID, ARAMCO SIPD, Operations and key stakeholders, and our leadership team.
Drive a zero-incident culture. Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, method statements, and permit-to-work procedures.
Foresee future resource and equipment needs, integrating these requirements into the project’s planning process. You’ll rigorously monitor progress and ensure schedule adherence.
Provide clear, concise, and impactful updates to project leadership. Your strong personality and ability to communicate effectively are key to success in this demanding role.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Any

20+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry
5+ years experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on complex brownfield mega-projects, within gas plant construction.
Minimum 5+ proven expertise in delivering Saudi Aramco EPC Oil and Gas projects.
You must have a recent or current experience on Saudi Aramco project.
A background in Mechanical or Process engineering is highly preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively up to the highest levels.
Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations to the leadership team
