AC CHILLER TECHNICIAN

Job Description

Operate and maintain HVAC and chiller systems across the hypermarket facility.
Diagnose and repair faults in chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and VRV/VRF systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to cooling issues affecting store operations, cold storage, or customer areas.
Monitor energy usage and system efficiency; recommend improvements when necessary.
Maintain service logs, spare parts inventory, and report maintenance activities to the supervisor.
Comply with safety procedures and coordinate with other maintenance staff as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Diploma

Any

ITI/Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration.
Minimum 3–4 years experience in retail or commercial environments.
Basic communication skills in English.
Experience with BMS systems is an added advantage.
