Operations Coordinator (Beauty Start-Up)

Job Description

We are building a fast-growing portfolio of barbershops across the UAE. Our model is simple: we acquire existing shops and run them with a light, professional operational approach. No franchising, no complicated branding – just quality service, smart operations, and long-term value.

We’re now looking for someone to take charge of our expansion and day-to-day operations. If you enjoy being on the ground, making things happen, and turning small businesses into something great, this is for you.

What You’ll Do
– Lead the expansion process: identify and assess barbershops that are a good fit for acquisition.
– Manage the onboarding of new shops: from first conversation to integration into our portfolio.
– Oversee daily operations: monitor performance, solve problems, keep things running smoothly.
– Build relationships with shop staff and owners to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success.
– Help set up simple processes and playbooks for recurring tasks – not to overcomplicate, but to make things easier as we grow.
– Work directly with founders and have a voice in shaping the strategy.-

What We’re Looking For
– A doer: someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take initiative.
– Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-location operations is a big plus.
– Strong communication and people skills – you’ll be dealing with shop owners, staff, and suppliers.
– Solid judgment and ability to work independently.
– Based in Dubai, with mobility across the city.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus but not required.
