Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
Tap into UAE-based business networks and corporate leads.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Act as a bridge between client needs and creative strategy.
Proposal & Pitch Development
Collaborate with internal teams to develop pitch presentations.
Prepare customized proposals and pricing models.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay up to date with UAE market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Revenue & Target Management
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in advertising/media).
UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong network within the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media solutions.
Preferred Skills
Arabic language proficiency (a plus).
Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and social media trends.
Previous experience working with government or large corporate accounts in the UAE.
