Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Dubai Based

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing FMCG trading company with established offices in Dubai, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. We specialize in international trade and distribution of branded food and non-food products across multiple regions.

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations across UAE, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
• Ensure full compliance with taxation, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements in each country.
• Supervise the regional accounting teams and ensure consolidated and accurate reporting to management.
• Strategize and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and partners to support expansion and optimize financial structure.
• Provide high-level financial insight to support strategic decision-making and growth planning.

Requirements:
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in the FMCG, trading, or distribution sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Hong Kong, and Malaysian tax systems.
• Experience handling cross-border accounts, intercompany transactions, and international audits.
• Familiar with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong banking relationships in the GCC or APAC region is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
