Job Description
Responsibilities: helping in setting up operations, achieving sales, growing business and managing clients in KSA, which includes, but is not limited to:
– market analysis – clinics/target companies analysis, competition, legislature, industry specific limitations
– NPHIES certification process management and support of 4A technical specialists in integration with NPHIES
– systematization of the client database in client management software (CRM – Apollo, Bitrix24, Hubspot…), updating the database so that the data is up to date
– marketing – launching outreach campaigns, creating and updating commercial material
– developing clients – contacting (online and in person), negotiating, closing deals, following up, cross- and up-selling
– customer management and support – implementation of the system, trouble-shooting, first line of customer and technical support,
– product localization – coordination with local developers to localize the product (alphabet/language, local specifics etc.)

What we expect from you:
· Significant accomplishment in any area that you can share (education, business, sports, arts, private…)
· You are communicative, resourceful, analytical, organized, flexible and entrepreneurial
· Basic English and fluent Arabic in correspondence
· Prior work experience in clinics, policlinics or smaller hospitals is a plus
· Experience in sales, customer support or business development roles in B2B companies is a plus, but not a requirement – as long as you are ambitious, flexible and openminded we can teach you and help you develop needed skills
· Software we are using: MS Office, cloud CRM, communication tools (email, messengers, conference call apps)
