AMX / Crestron Programmer

Job Description

✓ Performing AMX, Crestron or Extron control system programming, implementation, and testing for System Integration.

✓ Experience installing and testing code onsite.

✓ Must have experience programming, configuring and troubleshooting commercial AV Systems.

✓ Familiarity with VTC, matrix switching, video wall processing and audio conferencing required.

✓ Experience working with various control methods and protocols (TCP/IP, RS232, etc.).

✓ Audio/video system design and engineering experience.

✓ Program troubleshoot and update software to optimize system performance, in addition to ease of access for non-technical users.

✓ Analyze and ensure security and integrity of all systems and data.

✓ Provide technical assistance and resolve related issues for users and personnel.

✓ Collaborate with internal assets and support team to ensure customer needs are met.

✓ Develop and implement system recovery protocols in the event of destruction of all or part of the system or components.

✓ Analyze, test, and implement of system and software, ensuring operating system compatibility.

✓ Touch panel layout and design experience.

✓ Assumes other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication)

Male

Bachelors in Electronic engineering or computer science or computer systems engineering in related field.
From (03 – 05 years’) experience in AMX & Crestron Programmer.
Proficient with test and calibration equipment.
Proficient in programming languages.
Proficient in uploading and downloading software in embedded systems.
Proficient in control system design (Crestron/AMX/Extron)
Creston DMC-E
Must have good skills setting up audio and video conferencing systems.
Must have good skills configuring a wired or wireless TCP/IP network.
Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues.
Ability to diagnose and test complex system problems.
Advanced computer skills for the design, configuration, optimization and operations of AV equipment.
Must be able to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting.

• CTS – Certified Technical Specialist

• CTI-P101 or AMX Control Programmer 1 training
