Information Technology Technician

Job Description

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues across the factory.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot the local network, including switches, routers, and cabling.
Ensure the security and integrity of company data through backups and antivirus management.
Support factory automation systems and production-related software.
Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and technical guidance to end-users when required.
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Bachelor of Science(Computers), MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Information Technology)

Male

Saudi National
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Experience in IT support, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and basic server management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
