Offshore Role : 28/28 Rotation

.Conduct and support the maintenance, modification and other related works of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start-up tasks to ensure maximum operational efficiency of Company Assets.

. Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start-up of new equipment and facilities

. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on field HVAC equipment as directed in the field and workshop in line with safe work practices

. Ensure that applicable material and spare parts are available and in good condition before commencing maintenance activities as per work plan

. Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and ensure proper controls are in place to ensure a safe workplace is maintained. Perform work activities with the aim of efficient execution of tasks as per schedule plan

. Provide accurate records and close-out reports of all completed work as per company requirements, as requested and guided by Foreman/Supervisor

. Participate in troubleshooting of HVAC issues, as directed and guided by Foreman/Supervisor and issues timely reports

.Review the Ducting & Instrument Diagram and Drawings (D&IDs,) loop drawings, hook-up drawings, datasheets, logic diagrams and other documents related to the HVAC systems

. Participate in Regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues. Report all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents per company procedure and process

. Extensive experience in the operation, maintenance and condition monitoring of HVAC equipment

. Good written and oral communication skills in English

. Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs

. Computer literate with basic knowledge in MS Office software
