Job Description

Draft, review & negotiate a variety of contracts—commercial, employment, real estate, construction, M&A, and more
Provide comprehensive legal advice across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, real estate, data protection, and governance matters
Manage legal compliance: keep up with Qatari laws/regulations, labor law, and sector-specific requirements; advise on minimizing legal exposure
Handle disputes and litigation, including court representation, negotiation of settlements, and working with external counsel or relevant government ministries
Support corporate transactions: M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and risk assessment
Advise on corporate governance, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and ensure adherence to internal policies
Liaise with external regulators and authorities (e.g., ministries, Qatar Financial Centre, QFC court)
Possibly manage or mentor junior lawyers and coordinate with internal/external legal teams
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Male

Professional law degree (LL.B.), with LLM preferred; licensed to practice is strongly favored 5+ years in general corporate roles 7–8+ years preferred for senior or management positions
In-depth familiarity with Qatari laws (commercial, labor, real estate, data protection); GCC-wide/international exposure is a plus .
Experience in industry-specific sectors (e.g., real‑estate, construction, facilities, retail, manufacturing) is advantageous .
Fluency in English essential; Arabic a strong advantage
