Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at 3T – Top Tag Trading Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling chillers and HVAC equipment within the Saudi market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for chillers and HVAC products.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and market share objectives.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance to clients, including product selection and system design.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely responses to technical inquiries.
Quotation & Negotiation:
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals effectively.
Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on market developments and customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National, Indian
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in sales of chillers and HVAC equipment within Saudi Arabia.
Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and, SAP, CRM software.
Valid Saudi Arabia driving license.
