We are lookng for Sr. Sales Engineer
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, or industrial engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or technical sales.
Key Accountabilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and procurement departments to ensure recurring business and account growth.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the KSA region to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Provide clients with technical expertise on insulation products, specifications, and applications; support them in material selection and specification compliance.
Track projects from initial specification through to tendering and award stages using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Implement approved pricing strategies and negotiate contracts within authorized limits to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Coordinate closely with the technical, production, CSD and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates on key project activities for line manager on a regular basis.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues post-sale, ensuring quick response, corrective action, and client retention.
Monitor customer account balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company credit policies, minimizing overdue accounts and financial risk.
