Back Office Assistant – Full-Time

Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to follow up efficiently, and manage internal documentation with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records
• Organize and file documents systematically
• Coordinate with sales and internal staff to follow up on assigned tasks
• Follow up with customers for pending documents or updates
• Support order processing, invoicing, and documentation
• Assist in report generation and office coordination

Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong follow-up and task tracking ability
• Highly organized with excellent document management skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative/back office roles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
