General Management – Health, Safety and Environment
Must be able to use critical thinking process to assess, analyze, and reach optimal conclusions, Should have computer skills, be resourceful and be able to communicate effectively using written and verbal methods, working on power BI program will be a plus, Must be able to self-manage, Must be reliable, Must be able and willing to work with extended hours and be subject to ‘on-call” responses during off hours to accomplish tasks and goals, Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.

Minimum Education:
BS degree in Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience and Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience working with safety filed and safety training and the ability in developing training materials
· NEBOSH Certificate IGC is a plus.
· Certificate in Train of Trainer courses
Skills
Management skills, budgeting, planning, negotiating and forecasting skills
· Excellent facilitation, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Experience providing training to workers and adult learners, using popular education/interactive approaches
· Ability to design effective course curriculum, creating and delivering both in-house and online trainings
· Self-starter with minimal supervision for routine activities.
· Extensive computer skills in using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) plus other software pertinent to the work performed would be advantageous.
Ability to work with diverse populations, and foster a cooperative team environment.
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus
International work experience in remote camp environment.

· Willingness to be away from home for lengthy period required
· Willingness to work in remote location
Must have valid passport, capable of meeting medical and background requirements to obtain Visa for Saudi Arabia.
Other conditions:
· Knowledgeable on MS Office applications.
· Strong background in the field of Safety Profession.
Safety Training
§ Develop training framework for E-learning, online and in-house training provided in MWSPC
§ Develop training resources for in-house and online courses based on required MSHEM element / sub-element
§ Conduct training for selected MSHEM Element / Sub-element to the targeted employee of each element / sub-element in the training database.
§ Assist element / sub-element admins to develop and implement their training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness
Coaching – Counseling –Knowledge Sharing
§ Ensure knowledge sharing of key MSHEM competency and training with stakeholders.
