Job Description

Develop and manage sales of surgical instruments across both government and private healthcare sectors in Qatar
Identify and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
Lead and coordinate participation in government and private tender processes
Conduct product demos, clinical support sessions, and follow-ups with hospital staff
Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer interaction records
Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and product performance feedback
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Indian, Jordanian, Lebanese

Any Graduation

Any

4–5 years of proven experience in surgical instrument sales within Qatar
Strong understanding of the Qatar medical market, especially government & private hospitals
Established network of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), surgeons, and procurement professionals
Demonstrated success in handling tenders and institutional sales
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Confident, presentable, and target-driven with a humble attitude
Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent preferred
