Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years in managing large-scale generator rental and temporary power projects, especially within the GCC region. The candidate should have extensive experience handling generator fleets, deployment logistics, and project execution in time-critical and remote site conditions.
Key Responsibilities
· – Lead the end-to-end execution of generator rental projects from mobilization to demobilization.
· – Coordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams for efficient project delivery.
· – Manage fuel planning, load balancing, generator synchronization, and distribution systems.
· – Ensure all equipment complies with technical specifications and safety standards.
· – Monitor site activities, manage risks, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
· – Maintain close contact with clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
· – Oversee cost control, project budgeting, invoicing, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
· – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· – In-depth knowledge of generator sizing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· – Strong experience managing temporary power projects, especially with multiple generator sets.
· – GCC experience is mandatory; PMP certification is an advantage.
· – Leadership and team coordination skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
