Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented Commercial Assistant with a profound understanding of the niche fragrance industry to support our commercial team. The ideal candidate will blend analytical prowess, creativity, and a proactive mindset to drive efficiency and elevate our brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Commercial Team Leader and her team with a high level of efficiency, ensuring no lag in implementing action plans for each store.
• Manage day-to-day commercial operations, including order processing, market analysis, and client communication.
• Prepare polished presentations (PowerPoint) and detailed reports (Excel) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze trends, and enhance decision-making speed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging niche brands to identify opportunities.
• Analyze monthly sales reports and propose replenishment orders to retail partners based on sales performance and stock levels.
• Assist the commercial team in organizing trainings for retail partners on product knowledge and brand ethos.
• Coordinate with suppliers (Italy/France) and clients (UAE/Qatar) to ensure seamless operations.
• Organize and prioritize tasks with precision, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with niche perfumery, including key brands, trends, and consumer preferences.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, data analytics platforms).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and make informed replenishment recommendations.
• Soft Skills: Impeccable communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to listen actively and act decisively.
• Professional Traits: Discreet, observant, adaptable with a “can-do” attitude, and a strong executorwho thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Languages: Fluent English (written/spoken).
• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
