Job Description

To estimate hydrocarbon reserves and accessibility of Company field through the geological evaluation of prospects and producing fields and to develop programs to optimize the production performance of the different reservoirs while supporting the Supervisor in delivering efficient technical support & coordination to other divisions and improving productivity and efficiency.

conducts technical evaluation and verification of contractors’ pre qualification documents and assesses each contactor’s capabilities and reports to Supervisor, to ensure selection of appropriately qualified contractors at the optimum price and required standards.

Undertakes independent geological evaluations of the highest technical standard of company Asset specific nature supporting Exploration & Development operations.

Plans and executes G&G interpretation, description, characterization and geological modelling along established workflow and provides guidance and peer input as necessary on Geological evaluations in support of Exploration & Development operations for company Asset.

Compare the Production and Reservoir Engineering data with available geological data. Defines problem areas, possible interpretation and reports findings to Supervisor.

Investigates various realization methods and techniques and performs various realizations, constructs geo cellular models, volumetric reserves evaluation and verifies integrated static model.

Bachelor of Science(Geology)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Geology.

Minimum 12 years of experience in estimating hydrocarbon reserves and accessibility of oil or gas fields through the geological evaluation of prospects and producing fields & developing programs
