• Set up and manage discipline-specific BIM models in alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer Information Requirements (EIR).

• Develop and maintain LOD 300–500 models, incorporating approved design revisions, as-built conditions, and construction inputs.

• Conduct and participate in BIM coordination meetings, resolving clashes across disciplines (using Navisworks, Revit, etc.) and updating models accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain model accuracy and integration across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and ICT systems.

• Support shop drawing extraction, drawing sheet setup, annotations, and visibility settings, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.

• Monitor compliance with project documentation and modeling standards (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie).

• Assist in the preparation and tracking of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), ensuring discipline-specific contributions are on schedule.

• Maintain BIM logs (issues, RFI, changes), and update models to reflect approved revisions and clash resolution outcomes.

• Develop custom Revit families and components where needed for project-specific detailing and coordination.

• Validate file readiness, structure, naming, and data population as per CDE protocols (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex).

• Perform 4D sequencing (linking model to schedule) and support 5D quantity extraction or cost simulations, using tools like Synchro, Navisworks, Bexel.

• Support integration of GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS) if applicable, especially for infrastructure or asset-based coordination.

• Assist in QA/QC review of model submissions before final delivery.

• Proactively identify BIM-related risks, report to the BIM Manager, and suggest mitigations.
