Role: Fired Heater Inspector

Client: SADARA.

Location: Within Saudi Arabia

Experience/Job Description

Proven track record of conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions. Experience with various types of fired heaters, including but not limited to, steam boilers, thermal oil heaters, and process heaters.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes such as API 560 and API 573.
Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating inspection activities with plant operations and maintenance personnel.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science

Educational Qualification

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the inspection and maintenance of fired heaters in industrial settings
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to fired heaters.
Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and visual inspection

Certification & Requirements

API 510 – Pressure Vessel Inspector certification,
API 570 – Piping Inspector certification.
Relevant ASNT certifications in NDT methods
