Position Description Dy Construction Manager – PV Field

Department Construction

Based at Saudi Arabia

• Oversee the construction action activities of PV field – Site grading, HCIS Fence, Ramming, Trackers, modules, LV/MV

Electrical works, Inverter stations, Equipment installation, etc

• Managing a team of site construction manager, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors

• Keeping the schedules, KPIs, Productivity norms, etc

• Ensuring strict HSE compliance

• Ensuring QA/QC compliances

• Responsible for Rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc

Key Roles &

Responsibilities

• Mobilizing the resources based on the requirement

• Close coordination with Project Company

• Coordination with Vendors for project materials

• Administration of site resources

Knowledge, Skills &

Abilities

Technical knowledge of Solar PV, conversant with international codes, Project management, direct execution, communication,

drafting skills, HSE & QC awareness & knowledge

Education & Experience Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical from the recognized Institutions, having min 15 yrs of experience, out of which min 5

yrs experience in Solar projects. Overseas experience is desirable.

Age 36-40 yrs
