Quantity Surveyor/ Planner

Job Description

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor/ Planner

assisting in the implementation of contractual processes as set out in the contract
reviewing incoming correspondence and drafting appropriate contractual replies
identifies project risks, suggests and implements agreed avoidance and mitigation plans, and monitors risks
analyzing current and expected progress of the project in terms of works completion and cost against the program, identifying issues, and providing solutions
keeps records of all works complete, materials delivered, time spent, etc.
review progress billings and prepare payments certificates, verify supporting documents through field surveys and site inspector reports
assisting in the assessment of variations and claims on the project, analyzing impact on cost and time
contributing to the completion of weekly, monthly, and other reports
develop and maintain working relationships with client and contractor
utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates
Shall be proficient in Primavera
Shall do the quality take off, estimation and bid preparation related to piping/structural/electrical/MEP/architectural/Civil projects
