Job Description

1. Operate and maintain ground equipment such as vehicles and heavy machinery used at the airport.

2. Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively to ensure continuous operations.

4. Coordinate with other operational teams to ensure effective operations.

5. Monitor equipment performance during operations and report any issues or maintenance needs.

6. Ensure equipment operates in compliance with safety and health standards.

7. Follow procedures for routine maintenance and urgent repairs.

8. Train new staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

9. Adhere to environmental, safety, and operational standards during operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Filipino, Any Nationality

Diploma(Aircraft Maintenance)

Male

Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or a related technical field.
Certification or formal training in equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating and maintaining technical equipment, ideally within ground aviation services.
Good knowledge of airport ground support equipment and maintenance practices.
Proven ability to handle and resolve technical malfunctions effectively.
Experience working collaboratively in team environments to ensure operational efficiency.
Strong technical skills in equipment operation and maintenance.
Quick troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and technical issues.
Good communication and coordination skills for teamwork.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strict adherence to environmental and safety standards.
Familiarity with technical inspection and maintenance tools.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems
