Purpose of the role:
The role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of recruitment strategies that align with the company’s objectives. You will lead initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in the markets of scope
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
· Monitor recruitment budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented without compromising on quality hires.
· Optimize recruitment processes to minimize costs per hire and maximize return on investment in talent acquisition initiatives.
· Maintain staff ratios in the stores as per the budget
Customer
· Enhance GFAB’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates by managing online presence, organizing career fairs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their expectations.
Internal Process
· In charge of the Recruitment system – data and accuracy
· Supporting the development of recruitment strategies aligned with GFAB’s short-term and long-term goals, incorporating market trends and leveraging diverse recruitment channels.
· Establish and maintain a talent pipeline by cultivating relationships with universities, talent communities, and industry networks.
· Implement innovative recruitment techniques and technologies, such as AI-driven candidate matching and video interviewing, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize the recruitment process for continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and hiring processes.
People
· Foster diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process to promote a more inclusive workplace culture.
· Lead effective onboarding programs to facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.
· Develop retention strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover rates.
Identify key positions within the organization and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)
Any
· Bachelors degree in HR from a reputed institute. Additional HR qualifications like CIPD, SHRM, etc preferred.
-KSA recruitment experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on Talent acquisition, of at least 3 years in a supervisory role
· Experience in mass recruitment in retail/ hospitality
· Experience in managing diverse recruitment channels and leveraging innovative recruitment technologies.
· Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring processes
· Proven experience in managing TA initiatives like localisation, Automation projects, Diversity and inclusion
· Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP).
· Good leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
