Job Description

Drive Loyalty Platform Transformation! Join as a Loyalty Officer to Lead System Migration, Integrations, and Customer Data Initiatives

Assist in the end-to-end migration of loyalty systems (CRM, CDP, or cloud-based platforms).
Act as a technical liaison between loyalty vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Prepare documentation such as architecture diagrams, migration plans, training guides, and configurations.
Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
Support data infrastructure and analytics initiatives tied to customer loyalty programs.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Business Administration

Female

Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP platforms and loyalty services.
Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, data flows, and system integration concepts.
Familiar with customer segmentation, omnichannel tools, and loyalty analytics.
Strong project management capabilities with exposure to both marketing and technology projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing Technology.
Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant technical platforms.
Experience in the loyalty or customer engagement domain.
