Job Description

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive
to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
The inside sales executive’s responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a
regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, as well as attending
industry events and educational workshops as required. You should also be able to
conduct research on market trends and competitors’ products.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels like cold calling,
email campaigns, and social media.
 Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients,
understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
 Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
Educating clients about the company’s products or services and demonstrating their
value through remote presentations and demos.
 Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Guiding clients through the sales process, addressing their concerns, negotiating terms,
and ultimately closing deals.
 Sales Pipeline Management:
Tracking and managing sales activities, updating records, and ensuring a smooth sales
process.
 Collaboration with other teams:
Working closely with marketing, customer success, and other sales teams to achieve
common goals.
