Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting for van sales operations, including cash reconciliation, invoicing, stock movement, and sales reporting. Also supports HR functions such as attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Van Sales Accounting:
Monitor and reconcile daily van sales collections (cash, card, credit).
Prepare and post van sales invoices and returns in accounting software.
Track and manage van stock movement and reconcile with physical stock.
Analyze daily sales reports, variances, and prepare summary for management.
Verify and post customer collections, handle petty cash settlements.
Coordinate with van sales team to resolve any cash/stock discrepancies.
Support in monthly closing and reporting of van sales data.
HR Support:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing data on attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.
Support documentation for new hires, exits, and employee changes.
Maintain and update employee files (digital & physical).
Assist in processing employee benefits, insurance, and visa-related tasks.
Handle staff communication related to salary, HR policies, and notices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2–4 years experience in accounting; experience in van sales accounting preferred.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR practices is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle field coordination with van staff.
Working Hours & Conditions:
Full-time, 6 days a week.
Based at office with occasional field visits to van sales operations.
