Job Description

Review project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements for finishing/fit-out works (e.g., gypsum, joinery, marble, paints, flooring, ceiling, glass partitions, etc.).
Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), compare supplier offers, and negotiate terms and pricing to obtain the best value.
Evaluate supplier capabilities and lead time to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain a comprehensive procurement schedule aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and site supervisors to confirm technical specifications and quality compliance.
Source and develop relationships with local and international vendors specialized in interior finishing materials.
Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, company policies, and client standards.
Coordinate logistics, delivery, customs clearance (when applicable), and site storage of procured items.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues related to delays, quality, or service non-compliance.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Any

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, with strong exposure to finishing/fit-out projects.
Proven knowledge of interior construction materials, vendors, and specifications.
Experience in Saudi Arabia market, preferably with Riyadh-based suppliers and regulations.
Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
Preferred:
Valid Saudi Driving License.
Transferable Iqama (for expatriates).
Familiarity with Aramco/SABIC/NEOM or similar high-profile project procurement standards is a plus.
